Employee Benefits !!!!!!!!

Today morning, i saw a new ad for our company. It goes this way, "Employee Benefits @ 'company name' " (irukura recession la naan company pera kuduthen, athoda thookunaainga enna !!!!!!!)

It details about the Car loan and Home loan options available in our cmopany. Car loans upto 3 lakhs will be granted @ 415 bucks\lakh. i was going through that poster and suddenly i was in grave shock !!!!! they used Pajero car for the Ad..immediately, i told bala:

"Ada paavigala, 3 lakhsku pajero chasis kooda vaanga mudiyaathu...manasaatchi illama poster adichirukinga...athaiyum pathu peru paakuraainga...Enna Kodumai Sir idu!!!!"

with that 3 lakhs we can get maruti 800 and nothing more than that !!!!!!!

PS: wait for NANO !!!!
PPS: en kalyanathukku thaan NANO varumnu ninaikiren ;)

I've worked at the same company before. You can buy a car that costs any amount. You will get Rs. 1245 extra on each paycheck.

IZIT ??????? if we are referring to the same company, i will say this: i dont think there's any such thing available now :(

PS: if at all somethings available, i'll go for a mercedes coupe !!!!

I didn't know they rescinded the policy. I left over a year ago, so I don't know. But till I was there, I did get my self-inflicted pay-raise.

above all, it also depends on the role we are performing here. I am at the bottom of the pyramid and any good things comes to my level looks just meagre !!!!!

Ada paavi. Whatever level one is in, Rs. 1245 a month isn't what I would call meagre.
