My Experience with my company - Training Days - 1

I got placed in this company on Apr 17, 2006, little less i know that i just digg my own grave. All because of Shafi, he was giving high hopes and he told me that "In that company, if you are unlucky you'll go onsite in 1 year, if you are lucky you'll go in 6 months", so with US dreams, i stepped into this company for a lot less salary (ironically, even after 4 years, i couldnt reach my prev companies "salary+perks" )

The first day of training started with a long lecture from an HR person. He claims himself hailed from Indian Army with high discipline but opens his jaws n eyes when he sees a girl. While teaching us how to be ethically obliged to rules and regulations of the company. Believe me, this company got some unbelievable rules which will make u dumbstruck. I used to think whether the company's founder really wanted to start a company or a school.

The HR person was literally torturing us with his lecture and his tone was strict than any of the professors i have seen in my entire educational life. He was talking about some anti-sexual harassment, that was pretty new topic to me (at that time). On explaining further, he told us that if we receive or send porn sms to colleague, he'll take severe action and we need to inform him promptly.

After all the lectures, finally he was summarizing things and he did that in a QnA fashion, so he asked the question "what will you do when u receive a porn sms", i replied "Forward to you". The whole class burst out of laughter and his face was growing red....

Day 1 ended well !!!!!!!!!!

A simple Hi to all, informing that i have resigned from my present company and moving to new company in mid of April.

I had been busy all these times with my certification, interviews and absolute nonsense stuffs.

It's really a great feel to put down your papers, though my resignation was taken sportively by everyone as if they were waiting for it, well, all is well now....

I m planning to write a series of blogs about my experience with this company...so wait guys,
