After all the stunts that happened on Friday...i took break from any external activities for 2 days. Yesterday night, Sundar (my ex + present roomie) who's eager to cook bought gas stove + idly maavu + eggs.
So we started our mission "Dosa 2008". The gas stove is automatic, we switched on and sundar tried his first ever DOSA...but then as per the common man rule "Nothings comes good at first time", he ends up making...something like dosa but definitely not dosa. Then it's my turn. I poured the maavu on the tava and to my amusement, i spread it with utmost perfection and it came out as perfect circle...Sundar was amazed and i was delighted. Thus i prepared all good dosa and finally i made two egg-dosa also !!!!!
Today morning, i tried Dosa again and this time, i eventually found how to make paper dosa ;)
So srini ban gaya kitchen king !!!!!
